The energy-saving ball mill is the key equipment for crushing after the material is broken. It is widely used in cement, new construction materials, refractories, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metals beneficiation and other production industries, dry or wet grinding of various ores and other abrasive materials.
How to work
The energy-saving ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, an outer gear drive, two positions, and a lattice type energy-saving ball mill. The material enters the first chamber of the mill evenly by the feed device through the hollow shaft of the feed material. There is a step liner or corrugated liner in the chamber, which contains steel balls of different specifications, and the cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain extent. After the height falls, it will produce heavy blow and grinding effect on the material. After the raw material reaches the rough grinding in the first position, it enters the second position via a single-layered partition board. The leveling insert has a flat lining plate with steel balls inside and the material is further ground. The powder is discharged through the discharge sampan plate to complete the grinding operation.
Energy-saving ball mill consists of main parts such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel and the inner lining can be replaced. The slewing bull gear is processed by casting hobbing. The barrel body is inlaid with a wear-resistant liner and has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
