Usage and Application

ZSSL model CNC heavy sand making machine, is for the middle and high hardness stone;s fine crusher. Special for the river stone, quartz ,gray-stone high hardness stone  It is the first choice of the crusher equipment.

Working Principle

The raw material massive ore through the feeder hopper into the sub-feeding plate of the crusher cavity,using the sub-feeder’s centrifugal pull evenly throw the material towards barrel shell’s all round , impact heavily with impacted plate installed on the inner wall, all the material impact each other, make them broken or produce lots hair crack, then the material go into the cone rotor cavity, drop in spiral shape through the cone space, after impacting ,extruding, the crack ore been crushed further. The material hit by the hammer head in the cone rotor cavity, the high speed material impact with impacted plate again, the material flow impact each other after hitting ,impacting, cutting, extruding and smashing,thereby improve the crusher ect.

Last,the material go into the cylindrical rotor cavity,the smash material’s corner angle been grind,kneaded,plastic, the material fine crusher further until the requirement fineness.
